Sometimes there will be times where we have a certain kind of design or technique we want to create, or other ideas to bring to life and this is a wonderful way to take advantage of the creative ideas we have!

Moonlight tiers may include detailed designs including cartoon art, glow in the dark, 3D on top of cateye, gradients, chrome, etc! There are a lot of options you can end up with for something tailored just for you.
